A welcome cocktail will take place on Monday 4 June (starting at 18:00), in the prestigious reception room of the Lumière Lyon 2 University.

Gala dinner - Wednesday 6 June, 20:00
The gala dinner (smart casual) will be held on Wednesday 6 June, at "Le Selcius" restaurant (in the Confluence area of Lyon), located near the Saône river. Dress code: chic casual. The aperitif cocktail will start at 20:00, then dinner will be served while enjoying some table-hopping entertainment!

Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons do not have access to the Conference scientific programme. They are offered their own daily programme, with a simple and friendly discovery programme:
- Monday 4 June: a meeting point is organised during the welcome cocktail at the Lumière Lyon 2 University;
- Tuesday 5 June: a guided tour of Lyon is proposed in the morning, followed by lunch with delegates at the University;
- Wednesday 6 June: accompanying persons are invited to attend the gala dinner with the conference delegates.
